Started his entrepreneur life in 2004 with a passion of green Building. He is the Director of Mall of Gardens, the plant hypermarket, having multiple branches in Kerala and Vruksha Nursery, the leading producer and supplier of fruit plants to the agriculture department, Govt. of Kerala and leading exporter of plants to Bangladesh, UAE and Bhutan. He also undertakes total landscape projects and completed more than 300+ projects all over India.

After post-graduation, Joby did Diploma in Civil Engineering. He has 16 years of experience in Interior design and Management roles. He has managed many big budget projects like luxury apartments and office buildings for Brigrade group in Tamilnadu, Malabar gold Showrooms in Bangalore and a few residential projects in Bangalore before starting his own firm Padavu Interiors. Padavu has completed more than 300 plus interior projects both inside and outside Kerala including Luxury residence projects of 5Cr+. Padavu has its own manufacturing unit based out of Calicut.

Having a master's degree in Marketing, a young and passionate person thrive to build a career in business. Started business in 2008 and completed 300 plus projects successfully. For the past 14 years, he has been focused on building his career in the contracting and service industry by understanding and learning. His experience in the industry includes working with most of the reputed Architects and builders across Kerala, hotel chains, resorts, civil contractors etc. Currently the founder and CEO of Triangle Technologies, a well-known name in the Swimming pool industry which have two brands for operations, Triangle Pools and Pool shoppe.

A Tech Enthusiast who Completed Master's in Technology and Bachelor's Degree in Electronics. Started his own firm Armino Technologies in 2014, a company which primarily focuses on Home Automation and Software Development. Completed more than 100+ Residential Automation Projects in different parts of Kerala. He has expertise in the design and execution of ELV systems.

He is a humble and jovial person who values living at the moment. He is an engineer by profession and an environmentalist by passion. He has his bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Kerala. After the bachelors degree, he worked in India for few years and went on to do his masters degree in Sanitary Engineering from Leibniz University, Hannover, Germany. He moved back from Germany to his home town to embark on an entrepreneurial journey. He has co-founded Elixir Enviro Systems Pvt Ltd eight years ago and currently is the CEO of the company. The company focuses on providing environmental services and products and has been serving many industries across India and abroad. He also chairs another company, Geewa School of Environmental Management (G-SEM), which currently focuses on skill development.
